Darrel R. Hendrickson, 79, a resident of Round Lake Beach, IL, passed away December 31, 2025, at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  He was born January 21, 1946 in Greenbush Township, IL to Leroy and Lucille Hendrickson.

Darrel is survived by his wife of 59 years, Susan Hendrickson, his children David (Sharon Finley) Hendrickson and Rebecca (Rick) Cappelli and his grandchildren Gwen Hendrickson, Chad (Gabby) Cappelli, and Amy (Evan Lopez) Cappelli.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Charlotte Treadway, and his brother Vel Hendrickson.
