Carol A. Jensby, 81, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away January 26, 2026, at her home.  She was born September 25, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH to William and Mary Kuebler.  

Carol was a pioneer in her field having become a CRNA after graduating from high school.  She was known for her kindness, being selfless, and having a wonderful sense of humor.  Carol enjoyed live music, traveling with her husband especially to the beach, and spending time with her loving family and her grandkids.

Carol is survived by her her husband of 47 years, Tom Jensby, her children Tommy (Aja) Jensby and Leslie (Matt) Henning, her grandchildren Delaney (Drew Shields) Jensby, Jillian Jensby, and Noah Henning, and her sisters Joy (Tony) Hoffman and Bill (Ellen) Kuebler.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wally Kuebler.  

A memorial visitation and service is scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2026 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 11:00am until 12:00pm with the service commencing at 12:00pm.  The interment will be held privately.
