Obituary's Biography:
Maria Falcone Sanchez, 78, a resident of Round Lake Beach, IL passed away on July 15, 2025 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. She was born in June of 1947 in Sicily, Italy to Giuseppe and Angelina Falcone.

It’s hard to say everything you want to tell a person in this lifetime, in only a few minutes.
I have never known a woman to be everything to so many people. She faced so many trials and tribulations and continued on with a smile. She always saw the good in people, and always put the needs and thoughts of others in front of her own. Her strength and courage was an inspiration to us all.
She believed in us when no one else would. She loved us more than we ever thought possible and she loved everyone, unconditionally.
The intrinsic strength that she possessed lives on within each one of us. And we will be okay…because that is what she would want.
Life is short so let’s put all of our negative thoughts aside and learn to forgive and love each other, as this also is what she would want.
Any of you who really know us can see the pain in our eyes and see that we are hurting badly inside because we miss her so much.
We would give anything to be able to hold her one more time and tell her how much she means to us and that we love her so dearly.
She will always live on in our hearts and in our eyes.
We will always love you forever, mom.
Maria is survived by her husband, Juan Carlos Sanchez of 60 years, whom she married on August 14, 1965 in Argentina; her sons, John Sanchez of Round Lake Beach, IL, Luis Sanchez of Charleston, SC, and Daniel Sanchez of Round Lake Beach, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon Sanchez of Springfield, MO, Natalie Sanchez of Charleston, SC, and Nathan Sanchez of Kenosha, WI; her siblings, Vincent Falcone of Fort Myers, FL, Lidia Schiavo of Round lake Beach, IL, Salvatore Falcone of Thousand Oaks, CA, Ernesto Falcone of Anne Arbor, MI, and Yolanda Spinuso of Seminole, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
A Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 1pm until 3pm, with a funeral service commencing at 3pm.
