Ronald J. Basar, age 63, of Grayslake, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at his home. He was born in Detroit, MI on March 28, 1950. The funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013 at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 East Belvidere Road (Route 120), Grayslake, IL 60030, where there will be visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. To Ron’s family: So sorry to learn of Ron’s passing. We were friends in school and he was great guy. We shared some emails catching up and he was very proud of his daughters and grandson.
