Jean M. Foy, a resident of Ingleside, passed away Friday November 2, 2012, at the age of 51.  She was born November 16, 1960 in Waukegan, IL to Billy and Corrina (nee: Turner) Dawson.  Jean had been a bank teller in the Fox Lake area for 30 years.  Jean is survived by her husband of 16 years, Frederick, whom she wed August 3, 1996 in Round Lake, IL, her children Brian Jensen of Grayslake and Constance Jean Foy of Ingleside, her step-children Chawn (Wesley) Norton of Winthrop Harbor, Jamison (Carrie) Foy of Kenosha, Amber (Phil) Mathis of Winthrop Harbor, and Travis (Amanda) Foy of Round Lake Heights, her 7 grandchildren, and her siblings Billie Sue (David) Stilke of Charlotte, NC, Thomas (Karen) Dawson of Fredric, MI, Travis (Janice) Dawson of Miami, OK, and Tony (Ellen) Dawson of Ingleside.  She was preceded in death by her parents.    All funeral arrangements were entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E.
