Obituary's Biography:

Edward J. Krase, 64, a resident of Libertyville, passed away Sunday March 8, 2015 at his home.  He was born June 16, 1950 in Evanston, IL to Edward and Patricia Krase.  Edward is survived by his wife Pamela, his mother Patricia Krase, his children Edward K. Krase, Amy Richter, Joel Richter, his grandchildren Jacob Richter and Karlie Richter, his siblings Jeanne (John) Rice, Betsy (Jeff Jackson) Cannon, Patti (Mark) Stancliff, Peggy (Steve) Imhausser, Theresa (Jim) Risi, Laura (Steve) Berg, Ricky (Janis) Krase, Fred (Sarah) Krase, Tom Krase, and Billy Krase, , and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  A visitation is scheduled for Friday March 13, 2015 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL.  The funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday March 14, 2015 at 10:00am at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd.   1. Ed was such a good person. He had a great sense of humor and a calming personality. We will miss him. Our prayers are with Pam, Amy and Eddie and all of Ed’s family.

    I am so sorry to read about your brother in the paper. He was young like my husband. It is always sad when someone goes so soon.
